What are your business hours?
11 AM through 4 PM, Monday through Friday. We may extend our work hours depending on the workload we have at the time. Our business hours do not include major holidays.

How do I request a custom order?
If you’d like to do an order outside of our options available then you can request it by emailing us. We will get back to you as soon as possible. Keep in mind that we cannot guarantee how soon these jobs will be done by.
What file formats are recommended?
In most cases, you should use a JPEG format for standard prints as this provides a higher quality image. If you are having a sticker or decals done, we suggest using a JPEG for anything with a filled background and PNG if your sticker or decal has a transparent background (clear/no white) in the design. Any images sent to us should have the resolution set to 300 dpi at the minimum, so your image does not come out blurry or pixelated.
What are your turnaround times?
Simple orders sent to us are usually done within 48 hours. Large or complex orders vary but are expected to be up to at least a week. Keep in mind of our business days, any orders sent in on the weekends will not be processed until the next business day.
